Conventional Loans
Conventional loans are the most common mortgage loans. You only need to put 3% down
FHA Loans
FHA Loans are for those with less than stellar credit. The minimum down payment is 3.5%
VA Loans
VA loans are for active duty and retired military personnel and spouses. VA loans don't require a down payment
Non-QM Loans
Non-QM loans are for those who don't qualify for the conforming conventional, FHA, or VA loans. This is a great option for the self-employed and those who have had a recent credit event such as foreclosure or bankruptcy
